Rider assessment

The horse and rider must work in harmony to gain an optimal performance. If as the rider you are for example very stiff or rotated in one direction this can cause problems in your horse. Physiotherapy treatment can address  these issues improving your alignment and flexibility. Rider Pilates /  Equipilates addresses muscle  imbalances  and can improve strength, co-ordination and balance which will improve riding performance.
